Fair Ads Agency Texas, USA contact@fairadsagency.com

We try to keep this short and readable. The headline: we collect the minimum information needed to respond to you and run our business, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete what we have at any time.

Who we are

Fair Ads Agency is a marketing studio based in Texas, USA. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Fair Ads Agency. "You" means anyone who visits our website (https://www.fairadsagency.com) or otherwise interacts with us — as a prospective client, current client, vendor, or general visitor.

What we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate our website and respond to you:

  • Contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, we receive whatever you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you write. This is processed through a third-party form service (currently formsubmit.co) which forwards the submission to our email inbox.
  • Email correspondence. If you email us directly at contact@fairadsagency.com, we receive and store that correspondence through our email provider (Titan Email).
  • Website analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our site (page views, referring sources, general device/browser type). We do not use cookies that track you across other websites.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) collects standard server logs including IP addresses, user agents, and request timestamps, for security and performance purposes. We do not actively review these logs and do not link them to identified individuals.
  • Client engagement data. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to deliver the engagement — typically access to your ad accounts, analytics platforms, and the data those platforms make available to us.

What we don't collect

  • We don't sell or rent your information to third parties.
  • We don't use cross-site tracking cookies, fingerprinting, or behavioural ad pixels on our own marketing website.
  • We don't collect special category data (health, biometric, political affiliation, etc.) and ask that you not send it to us.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, to deliver services you have engaged us to provide, to send service-related communications, to keep our website and services secure, and to comply with our legal obligations. We use it for nothing else.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions and inquiry emails are retained as long as reasonably useful for follow-up — typically up to 24 months from last contact, after which they are deleted. Client engagement data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward (typically up to 7 years) to meet tax, audit, and legal record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, and only to the extent needed to provide their services. These include:

  • Netlify — website hosting and content delivery
  • Titan Email — business email provider
  • formsubmit.co — contact-form forwarding
  • Ad platforms — Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms, when delivering client work
  • Analytics services — if we use them, only in privacy-respecting configurations

We may also disclose information if required by law, in response to lawful requests from public authorities, to protect our rights or property, or to investigate suspected fraud or security issues.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw any consent you've given, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Texas residents have additional rights under Texas state privacy law; residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the European Union (GDPR), the United Kingdom (UK GDPR), Brazil (LGPD), and other jurisdictions have analogous rights under their applicable laws.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@fairadsagency.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Fair Ads Agency is based in the United States, and our service providers operate servers in multiple countries. If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries (including the United States) whose data protection laws differ from those of your home country.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including HTTPS encryption on our website, access controls on our systems, and limiting data access to team members who need it. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on our website.
